The Association is delighted to report that our latest 10 page multicolour newsletter is being posted to all Full and Associate Members during this week (1st week in December).  We hope you will enjoy reading it.

Written and edited by committee member Mike Young it is packed full of news, views and photographs of our activities and events since the start of the season. It also includes details of how you can purchase for the very reasonable price of £10 each some of our special commemorative badges and also our new Association ties (complimentary to our Full Members and discounted to our Associate Members) in time for Christmas.

Remember you can always contact us through our ‘Contact’  button on this website.

Our newsletters are delivered free of charge to all our Full and Associate Members (including Honorary Members). Please let us know if you haven’t received yours in the next few days (but also please allow for any postal delays due to the difficult weather conditions)

We would also be happy to send non members a copy of any of our newsletters at a cost of £3 each (post-free). Please email Mike Young at (m.young9@ntlworld.com) with your requirements and he will contact you with details on how to pay.

John Tudor visit postponed. But, welcome Alan Green

Due to unavoidable difficulties Association member and former rugged Sky Blue forward John Tudor has told us he will now be unable to make his planned book signing at the Ricoh this Saturday (4th December) at the Middlesbrough home game. John tells us he will almost certainly be signing copies of his new autobiography at the Norwich home game on 18th December 2010. We also hope to have Darren Huckerby,  Greg Downs and Peter Denton at the same match.

However, we are pleased to announce that instead, at short notice, former Sky Blue dynamo Alan Green has stepped into the frame and will be our special guest at the Middlesbrough game.

Ronnie and Oggie Remember on BBC CWR

Association Members and CCFC stalwarts Ron Farmer and Steve Ogrizovic along with Association committee member Bob Eales appeared on BBC Coventry & Warwickshire Radio today (1st December 2010) to add their memories to those appearing on recently launched website called Coventry Memories.  The site, run by the City’s Transport Museum, offers Coventrians the opportunity to post their reminiscences of  memorable occasions, people and events in Coventry’s past. There is a special section for CCFC memories and quite a few of our FPs and members have already started the ball rolling. Why don’t you check it out?
