Golf Day 2013: Sky Blues Skipper to Play at Stoneleigh Deer Park next Thursday

Carl Baker is the latest CCFC  player we expect to take part in our ever popular Golf Day 2013 taking place on Thursday 6th June 2013 at Stoneleigh Deer Park Golf Club (SDPGC). Together with ‘Oggie’ he will represent ‘CCFC today’ along with around 20 former players of the Club.

Carl, the Sky Blues ‘Player of the Year’, swept the board at the Club’s recent Annual Awards Dinner at the Royal Court Hotel (pictured right) and was also the recipient of the G-Casino-CCFPA Player of the Year Award.  Carl is a 16 handicapper and is really looking forward to the day (further details can be found on earlier news items).

There will be many other contenders for the ‘Buildbase Cup’, and  a new champion since CCFPA member and Sky Blue star of the eighties David Smith is unfortunately unable to defend his 2012 title.

This is your last opportunity to enter as an individual (£80) or a team of three (£240). Each team will be paired with a Sky Blue star of the past.
